The waistband is fully elasticated and I think the waist measures around 80 cm. It doesn’t feel tight at all and the elastic stretches well making it very comfortable. The only downside is that I’m on the shorter side so I feel like it would have been even better if it were about 3 cm shorter as it may drag a little on the floor.
