1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00 p.m. on the next day of the order date through email.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for a round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Return & refund
- Returns are only accepted if requested via email within 10 business days of receiving the items.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide guidance on the return and refund procedures.
- Refunds can be requested for: Defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items; OR customer-preference returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size).
- Defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items do not need to be returned, but photos and supporting information are required.
- Returns for personal preference require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will only be completed after the returned items are received at our facility in Korea.

3. Cases when refund is not possible
- When no photos or supplementary information are provided for product failure or wrong delivery.
- When no description is provided for reasons for refund.
- When the seal/tag of the product has been removed.
- When the product is used or laundered at least once.
- When the product is scratched, damaged, dirty, or soiled.
- When the product has been hemmed or altered.
- When accessories are missing or damaged.
- When product packaging (bag/case) is lost or damaged.

  • - Free shipping is available on orders over USD 250. For orders under USD 250, a shipping fee of USD 30 applies to destinations within Asia (excluding Oceania), and USD 40 to destinations outside Asia (including Oceania).
