3. Cases when refund is not possible

- When no description is provided for reasons for refund.
- When the seal/tag of the product has been removed.

- When the product is scratched, damaged, dirty, or soiled.
- When the product has been hemmed or altered.
- When accessories are missing or damaged.
- When product packaging (bag/case) is lost or damaged.

- Free shipping is available on orders over USD 250. For orders under USD 250, a shipping fee of USD 30 applies to destinations within Asia (excluding Oceania), and USD 40 to destinations outside Asia (including Oceania).
