At 162 cm / 57 kg I purchased a size L. The waistband is comfortable and the overall fit is nice and roomy. Compared to other pants in size M the fit is quite similar overall except that the waist is more relaxed. They’re super comfortable and seem perfect for wearing to work. I’m very happy with them!
