How to order
  1. 1. After finding your favorite items, please add them to your cart. Click “Order” from your cart to order the items.
  2. 2. Please double check the product name, quantity, size and total.
  3. 3. Enter your details
  4. 4. Select a payment method.
  5. 5. Please double-check the total amount.
  6. 6. If you have selected credit card payment, you will be directed to a payment window to input billing information and complete the payment.
  7. ※ There may be a difference between the actual product colors or texture and the displayed image due to differences in device displays.

- Shipping Fee
  • $20 for countries in Asia 
  • $30 for countries outside Asia
  • Free Delivery for purchases above $150
- Delivery Date
  • It usually takes 5-10 business days for your order to dispatch to your designated country. The timing may vary depending on circumstances.
  • After goods have been shipped out, the shipping information will be shown under My Page> Order Details
Please note that the following circumstances may experience delay:
  • Orders outside business hours
  • Bank Holidays, temporary holidays and summer holidays
  • Shipment delays due to weather conditions and other variables
  • Orders placed during weekends and national holidays will be shipped out in the next business day

- For Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled through email application before the shipment process.
  • Orders can be cancelled on the website before payment goes through.
  • If the order is cancelled after the shipping process, the buyer will have to bear the shipping fee both ways for the returned item.
Return and Refund
  • Please contact us through email or our Q&A board to apply for returning or refunding of goods within 10 business days after receiving the items.
  • If the size is not correct, you may return and repurchase when stock is available.
  • If refund is due to change of mind on the buyer’s side, you may be charged the handling fee and the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred both ways.
  • After sending your return/refund request, we will respond with the details of refund.
  • The seller will be responsible for the shipping fee if the product is not as described, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return/Refund Unavailable for the following:
  • - non-defective
  • - correctly shipped
  • - No reason for return
  • - Tag/label/price removed from the product
  • - Items have been worn/ Not in the same condition as it has been received in.
  • - Scratches and damages by the customer
  • - Returned not in its original box or packaging
  • - Return schedule not followed
