Hello, this is JUSTONE We want to begin by sincerely thanking you for your continued trust and support! ❤️ Your continued love for our brand means everything to us. We’re committed to delivering not only beautiful pieces but also a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, due to ongoing global economic shifts and rising logistics costs, international shipping carriers have significantly increased their rates. For a long time, we’ve absorbed these growing expenses ourselves to avoid passing the burden onto you. But we’ve now reached a point where maintaining our current shipping structure is no longer sustainable. To continue providing you with reliable, fast, and safe international delivery, we will be making a small but necessary adjustment to our shipping policy. Details of the Change - Effective Date: From September 2, 2025
Please know this decision was not made lightly. We explored every possible option before making this adjustment. This change is essential for us to continue offering the quality of service and care that you've come to expect from JUSTONE. We remain fully committed to providing high-quality products, thoughtful designs, and exceptional service. Our promise to you: we will continue working hard to bring you value in every aspect of your shopping experience. Thank you once again for your ongoing support! |
