I immediately understood why it’s described as “flowy” when I received and tried it on. Despite the fleece lining it doesn’t feel bulky or stiff at all!!!!!!!! It drapes beautifully. The short length fits me perfectly so even with low heels the front hem doesn’t crease and falls nicely. The wide waistband definitely smooths the tummy while accentuating the waistline. I’m extremely satisfied!
