- 1. Order cancellation
- - Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- - If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00 p.m. on the next day of the order date through email.
- - If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for a round-trip delivery rate to your location.
- 2. Return & refund
- - Returns are only accepted if requested via email within 10 business days of receiving the items.
- - Once your request is approved, we will provide guidance on the return and refund procedures.
- - Refunds can be requested for: Defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items; OR customer-preference returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size).
- - Defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items do not need to be returned, but photos and supporting information are required.
- - Returns for personal preference require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- - If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

- - When the product has been hemmed or altered.
- - When accessories are missing or damaged.
- - When product packaging (bag/case) is lost or damaged.

- - Free shipping is available on orders over USD 250. For orders under USD 250, a shipping fee of USD 30 applies to destinations within Asia (excluding Oceania), and USD 40 to destinations outside Asia (including Oceania).

- - The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.
